As our primary curriculum developer and teacher, Dan’s experience makes him more than just a standard instructor. It makes him an expert at ensuring compliance and a skilled teacher who understands what it means to be on the job. He and our other instructors use this to help prepare employees for real life situations that apply to what actually needs to be done on the job.
Our lead instructor, Dan, has nearly three decades of experience in safety. Dan combines work experience with a detailed understanding of the latest safety laws and regulations.
Dan actively prioritizes risk management, seeking to prevent issues or infractions before they arise through in-depth employee instruction, auditing work practices, performing detailed hazard assessments, setting a culture of commitment to safety, and more. He utilizes his deep wealth of hands-on knowledge, continually up-to-date education, and highly developed communication skills to effectively train and instruct his students on the safest practices as well as how to be compliant with both federal and state regulations. He prides himself on his reputation for providing exceptional training centered around hands-on teaching and understanding of the laws. It is his dedication to safety, health, and employee well-being that allows him to remain a top educator within his field.
